50 ml Tanduay Silver
½  lemon
10 ml sugar cane syrup
10 fresh mint leaves
15 ml Thomas Henry Soda Water


Cut  ½ lemon in 6 parts and add them in a mojito glass together with the mint leaves and sugar cane syrup. Gently crush the mint leaves with a muddler. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add 50 ml of Tanduay Silver. Top with splash of Thomas Henry soda water and briefly stir again. Garnish with some extra mint.
