20 ml Laphroaig 10yo
70 ml Jim Beam White
40 ml lemon juice
20 ml ginger syrup
1 sugar cube
Pour the Jim Beam, lemon juice, and honey-ginger syrup into a shaker. Add ice, shake, and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Float the Laphroaig 10yo on top by pouring it gently over the back of a spoon. Garnish with candied ginger, lemon peel, or both.
