Veuve Amiot, creator of sparkling wines since 1884, is one of the leading sparkling wine houses in the Loire.
They produce fine sparkling wines AOC Saumur and AOC Cremant de Loire.

The company`s cellars are located in Saint-Hilaire-Saint-Florent
All the grapes are bought in from carefully selected local growers and are pressed at the firm`s 2 pressing houses at Mesure and Chacé.

The Brut, which constitutes the majority of the production, is a blend of 85% Chenin Blanc and 15% Cabernet Franc and is aged in bottle for 9 months before release.
