60ml Offley Clink White/ Rosé
150ml Thomas Henry tonic water
Fill a glass with ice cubes, add the Offley Clink White/Rosé and top up with Thomas Henry tonic water, to taste. Give it a gentle stir to combine the ingredients. Garnish with the lime and mint – lightly crushing the mint will release more flavour.
