Molinari Extra, created in 1945 by Angelo Molinari, is one of the most popular Sambuca’s in Italy. In 1968 Molinari’s Sambuca was granted its “Extra” designation for characteristics, which distinguish Molinari from its competitors.

60 ml Molinari Extra
200 ml Granini pink grapefruit juice
Slice of pink grapefruit
Pour 60 ml Molinari Extra into a highball glass full with ice. Squeeze a lemon wedge and add 200 ml Granini grapefruit juice. Gently stir with a barspoon and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
