Molinari Extra, created in 1945 by Angelo Molinari, is one of the most popular Sambuca’s in Italy. In 1968 Molinari’s Sambuca was granted its “Extra” designation for characteristics, which distinguish Molinari from its competitors.

25 ml Molinari Extra
75 ml Three Sixty Original
15 ml Lime juice
1 bottle of Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger Beer
- Take a mule mug and fill it with ice
- Pour the Molinari Extra, Three Sixty Original vodka and lime juice straight into the glass
- Top with Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger Beer
- Mix with a bar spoon
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and star anise
