40 ml Hierbas Ibicencas
30 ml fresh lime
1 spoon Brown sugar
6-8 leaves of mint
Mash everything on the glass, fill up the glass with full crushed ice. Top up with Thomas Henry ginger ale and garnish with lime & leaves of mint.
