Brand Manager

We are looking for a passionate new Brand Manager who wants to take our Beam Suntory portfolio to a whole new level in Belgium and Luxembourg. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on the different brand & operational plans of some sensational spirit brands like Jim Beam, Knob Creek, Maker's Mark, Roku Gin, Chita and many more. You will also take charge of the monthly reporting and analysis of everything happening around your brands to the brand owner, Beam-Suntory. Here at Alcobrands, you will directly report to Michaël, our Marketing Manager.

Your responsibilities

1. CREATE & IMPLEMENT THE MARKETING PLAN

Managing the productmix
Artwork development (with our partner agencies)
Product launches
P&L management
Creating and implementing brand activation plans
Promotional Plan
Follow-up of customer activities
Media buying with media agencies
Media Sales reactivity analysis (IMS)

2. ANALYSE & REPORT

Data analysis reporting (Nielsen & IWSR)
Brand and market evolutions
Result analysis of new products
Cost of sales follow-up
Competition monitoring: new products/promotions
Budget reporting

3. MANAGE THE TRADE MARKETING

You will develop all necessary tools to support marketing/sales activities
Creation of promotional SKUs and displays
Supply chain support
Trade presentations for new products
Salesforce marketing briefings in the field

4. MANAGE THE BUDGET

Accurate follow-up ofMarketing and Sales budgets

Your qualifications

You have a minimum two years of relevant marketing experience: trade marketing or category management in the FMCG business
A positive mindset and seeing business challenges as opportunities
You’re a proactive entrepreneur & you work pragmatically with a commercial feeling
Excellent analytical skills
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
You are a real team player
