Administrative Powerhouse

Our company is rapidly growing, so we are looking for someone to help us support these exciting changes. We are in search of a Jack of all trades to not only help our back office team but also our sales managers and HR staff. You will be given 101 different tasks, so your job will never get boring!

Your responsibilities

  • Administrative support of our back office team (entering, drawing up, and forwarding invoices, input, and follow-up of orders, etc.)
  • Administrative support of the sales managers (input in our customer data portal, follow-up delivery performance, etc.)
  • HR-related tasks (checking expense reports, following up damage files, etc.)
  • Mails, mails, mails

Your qualifications

  • You are an enthusiastic, driven person with a positive attitude
  • You will fit in seamlessly if you are a real team player 
  • You like to work in a medium-sized company with short communication lines and actively want to be in contact with our internal services (including back office, marketing, sales, etc.)
  • You will deal with numbers to some extent, but don’t worry, you don’t have to be a math wizard at all
  • You have some fine communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus but certainly not a requirement
  • Preferably, you live in the Antwerp area
